3. Travel Agent Services
Travel agents on our platform are independent contractors. Zyfar is not responsible for the services provided by travel agents but maintains strict quality standards and verification processes.
4. Booking and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payments are processed securely through our platform. Cancellation and refund policies vary by service and are clearly stated during the booking process.
5. User Conduct
Users agree to use the platform legally and ethically. Prohibited activities include fraudulent bookings, harassment of travel agents or other users, and any illegal activities.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We protect your personal information and only use it as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on Zyfar, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Zyfar and protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
Zyfar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
Additional Terms & Conditions
- Zyfar, powered by Big Boss Holidays, acts as a connecting platform between users, job seekers, employers, travel agencies, tour guides, cab drivers, and other service providers. Zyfar does not directly operate or control any job, service, tour, cab, or itinerary.
- All information provided by users (profiles, job postings, travel packages, service details, documents, reviews, etc.) must be accurate, complete, and truthful.
- Zyfar does not guarantee:
- any job placement, interview call, or hiring outcome
- the availability or quality of services offered by travel agencies, guides, cab drivers, or other partners
- the accuracy of third-party listings or packages
- Any misuse of the platform—including fake listings, false profiles, duplicate accounts, misinformation, spam, harassment, or fraudulent activities—may result in suspension or permanent blocking of your account without refund.
- By registering, posting, or using any feature of Zyfar, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and consent to our usage of the submitted data for platform operation and verification purposes.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Once a job seeker profile or employer listing is activated and visible, the service is considered delivered.
- Payments made for profile activation or job postings are non-refundable.
- In case of duplicate payment or technical error, please contact us within 3 working days for resolution.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method in 7 business days.
